Taxi Medical Assessment

We perform medical assessment for applications for taxi licencing in line with the current UK regulations.

Our medical assessments include the assessment itself and completing the required paperwork for each patient.

We require all patients to bring a medical summary from their NHS GP with them to the Taxi medical assessment. This NHS GP summary should contain the following information - 

​

• A full up to date list of the patients known medical conditions

• A full up to date list of all prescribed medications

• If the patient has any known medical conditions and are under specialist care, please also provide any most recent letters from their specialist detailing the patients current treatment.

We will not be able to perform the Taxi medical without seeing the patients medical summary and any relevent hospital/specialist letters at the appointment. In this case the patient will need to rebook a further appointment if they do not have a medical summary with them. The cost of the appointment will not be refunded.
